Brandon has been a personal trainer since 2017. He brings a passion for bodybuilding, weight loss, and helping others transform their lives through fitness. Certified in boxing, Stick Mobility, TRX, Glute Specialization, and Functional Movement Systems (FMS), he focuses on helping the clients move better and train smarter.
Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, he brings energy laughter, and a fun loving spirit to every session, making fitness both challenging and enjoyable.
When Brandon is not in The Club, you can find him enjoying good food ,spending time with friends, or just
relaxing at home to recharge -believing that rest and recovery
are just as important as the grind.

Hit and Fit" boxing class. This dynamic workout combines the fundamentals of boxing techniques with high-intensity fitness exercises, giving you a complete and intense training experience.

Taking weight training from the floor to a class studio. Power combines traditional strength exercises, functional training movements, dumbbells, and your bodyweight to give you a result-driven workout. This class will vary High, Mid, and Low-rep sets to provide attention to a variation of goals.

A high energy workout combining resistance, interval, power, plyometric and endurance exercises. Burn calories and build strength in this challenging and effective group environment.
