Sharon Elizabth Roldan

Sharon is an accomplished athlete and fitness professional whose journey reflects her passion for sports, education, and empowering others. Her collegiate basketball career showcased her talent and fueled her interest in human movement and performance; leading her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.
 
This foundation, coupled with her advanced studies in her Master's Degree in Coaching and Exercise Science, enables Sharon to design personalized, evidence-based training programs that maximize results and minimize injury risk.
 
Sharon enjoys spending time with her micro bully dog, TeeTee. She practices Muay Thai as a dynamic and creative outlet. She cherishes moments with friends and family.

Brandon Lum

Brandon comes from the beautiful islands of Hawaii and tries to carry the aloha spirit with him everywhere that he goes. Brandon is a lifelong athlete, competing in everything from High School Wrestling, Football, Collegiate Baseball, and Amateur Mixed Martial Arts. With his experience, he has developed his
own personal training style that focuses on strength, conditioning, rehabilitation weight loss, and nutrition.

Since 2018, Brandon has helped hundreds of clients. Whether it is 1 on 1’s, small group, or group exercise classes, you know
that you are going to get a fun, high-energy, and knowledgeable experience.

When he’s not helping others live
healthier, you can find him sharpening his skills in Muay Thai
Kickboxing, walking his dogs, or
playing ping pong with his father.

Brandon Russell

Brandon has been a personal trainer since 2017. He brings a passion for bodybuilding, weight loss, and helping others transform their lives through fitness. Certified in boxing, Stick Mobility, TRX, Glute Specialization, and Functional Movement Systems (FMS), he focuses on helping the clients move better and train smarter.

Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, he brings energy laughter, and a fun loving spirit to every session, making fitness both challenging and enjoyable.

When Brandon is not in The Club, you can find him enjoying good food ,spending time with friends, or just
relaxing at home to recharge -believing that rest and recovery
are just as important as the grind.

A high energy workout combining resistance, interval, power, plyometric and endurance exercises. Burn calories and build strength in this challenging and effective group environment.
