Brandon comes from the beautiful islands of Hawaii and tries to carry the aloha spirit with him everywhere that he goes. Brandon is a lifelong athlete, competing in everything from High School Wrestling, Football, Collegiate Baseball, and Amateur Mixed Martial Arts. With his experience, he has developed his
own personal training style that focuses on strength, conditioning, rehabilitation weight loss, and nutrition.
Since 2018, Brandon has helped hundreds of clients. Whether it is 1 on 1’s, small group, or group exercise classes, you know
that you are going to get a fun, high-energy, and knowledgeable experience.
When he’s not helping others live
healthier, you can find him sharpening his skills in Muay Thai
Kickboxing, walking his dogs, or
playing ping pong with his father.
