Sarah

Sarah is a Bay Area resident that started her yoga instructor journey 6 years ago. She started out by taking an Aerial Yoga class and never looked back. Once she discovered the vastly diverse and enriching world of yoga, she decided to leave a career in engineering to pursue teaching yoga. If you take a class with Sarah, be prepared for an attentive and skilled teacher. You will feel her passion and authenticity throughout your time with her.


Sarah instructs the following:
  • Vinyasa Flow
  • This class focuses on learning traditional asanas (postures), breathwork, mindfulness and an overall awareness. Our goal is to gently wake the body, increase circulation, improve mobility and posture. Make time in your day with a feel-good flow that will lead you to a feel-good glow. *Suitable for all levels
