Rie
Rie is a certified group fitness instructor (AFAA), Zumba instructor, and yoga teacher (E-RYT). Her passion is to help and empower people to achieve their fitness goals and reduce stress.
Rie's fitness journey started after living an unhealthy life for several years as a busy financial professional and a parent.
Rie was invited to her friend's Zumba class which inspired her to get certified to teach and spread the joy of moving to music. She believes in the importance of having fun while working out to improve physical and mental fitness. Enjoy her high-energy, fun and easy-to-follow dance cardio workout which is good for all fitness levels.
Rie has taught Zumba, Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba, Chisel, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Meditation.
When Rie is not teaching, she enjoys watching her favorite major league baseball teams' games, listening to podcasts, and cooking for her family.
